New Fabric: Modern Brown and White Chain Link Canvas

We have discovered a few new delicious fabrics and wanted to introduce them to you before they launched on the site! Meet one of my personal favorites, one I like to call “Modern Chain Link” because the pattern reminds me a bit of a chain link fence (in the most fashionable way of course.) This fabric is brand new and already sold out – we had to buy more! The deep brown background complements the white highlights and the canvas fabric is quite soft. We love to add anything red to the design – lining, handle, zipper – to give a lovely accent. If you like this fabric, you can design any of our bags with it before it’s launched on the site! New Fabric: Black and Ivory Woven Etches

We have found some delicious new fabrics that will be debuting soon on our website. In the meantime, we’ll introduce them to you on the Blog! Our first, and one of my favorites, is this great woven black and ivory fabric that looks etched and feels wonderfully textured. One of the best parts – you can reverse this fabric for very versatile, complementary looks. For example, in the Ruffle Tote below, the body is made with the black side of the fabric and the handles and pull ties are made with the white side of the fabric! We are updating all eThreads designs in 2010 to be sleeker and stronger. We started with the popular Large Tote, and now we’re updating the eThreads classic, The Pouches! Offered in Small, Medium and Large, The Pouches are a staple in any accessories collection. They are great wallets, makeup bags, travel pouches and casual clutches. With our new updated design, The Pouches are even more versatile! Now you can add a Wrist Strap or Clip-On Ring and carry the bag as a wristlet, clip it to your belt loops or combine all three for the ultimate convenience.

New Bag Design: The Zippy Pouch

We have been busy at eThreads updating the website and creating new bag designs, like the Ruffle Tote, Card Wallet and Zippy Purse. Today we’re introducing the Zippy Pouch, an updated version of our popular Pouches!

The Zippy Pouch has the same great construction as our Pouches, plus it has an exterior zippered compartment! This bonus pocket makes organizing your essentials a breeze. Put your spare change, lipstick and hair clips in the front pocket and use the main compartment for your cell, wallet, keys and other essentials. We like to add a Wrist Strap or Clip-On Ring for extra security and convenience.

The Small Zippy Pouch measures 7.5″W x 5″H and the Large Zippy Pouch measures 10″W x 7″H plus it has an interior pocket! The Zippy Pouches will be debuting on www.elementalthreads.com late 2010.
